Role Summary
ADNOC Group is hiring an Asset Integrity and Process Safety Engineer to oversee the implementation of AI and PS policies and procedures, ensuring project integrity across the full lifecycle. The role provides technical expertise in safeguarding projects, monitoring compliance, auditing activities, and supporting the continuous improvement of integrity management systems.

What You’ll Do
* Act as focal point for technical integrity within projects, ensuring verification processes are implemented and findings are tracked to closure.
* Support Asset Integrity and Process Safety (AI and PS) reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring across project phases.
* Develop, implement, and monitor integrity management and verification standards.
* Provide input on company AI and PS strategy, cascading policies and procedures across projects.
* Contribute to the development of KPIs to measure integrity assurance performance and monitor progress throughout project lifecycles.
* Prepare and issue regular progress reports to management on AI and PS KPIs, performance, and audit action items.
* Follow up on deviations and non-conformities, ensuring justification, correction, and closure.
* Support continuous improvement of integrity management processes by recommending best practices and alignment with international standards.
* Participate in AI and PS community of practice and knowledge-sharing activities.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
* At least 9 years of experience in integrity management within the oil and gas production industry.
* Strong knowledge of project management systems and lifecycle approaches.
* Experience in business process development, implementation, and assurance.
* Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and technical performance metrics.
* Knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and practices.
* Excellent planning, organizing, and reporting skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
