Position Overview
This Asset Integrity & Process Safety Specialist role ensures the effective implementation of AI & PS policies and procedures across all project phases. The position safeguards technical integrity, oversees compliance reviews, supports internal assessments, and ensures timely closure of audit findings. It plays a critical role in monitoring integrity assurance KPIs, coordinating project integrity requirements, and strengthening overall process safety performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in Asset Integrity & Process Safety reviews and ensure compliance with integrity management processes
* Act as the focal point for technical integrity across assigned projects and track closure of integrity findings
* Serve as project focal point for AI & PS Standards, Verification & Measurement activities, internal assessments, and remedial studies
* Support OE Division in establishing AI & PS strategy and cascading relevant policies and procedures across project teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements aligned with international good practice
* Participate in establishing AI & PS performance indicators and monitor integrity assurance KPIs across project lifecycle
* Prepare periodic progress reports on AI & PS KPIs for management visibility and decision-making
* Monitor top AI & PS issues and follow up on mitigation actions and timely closure of concerns
* Track deviations and non-conformities, ensure justification or corrective actions, and verify proper closure
* Develop and implement AI & PS audit and assurance programs, including compliance assessment plans
* Address audit action items and monitor the status of findings, ensuring implementation of recommendations
* Issue periodic AI & PS audit and performance reports and ensure KPI alignment across project functions
* Participate in AI & PS community of practice sessions and related knowledge-sharing activities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* 9 years of experience in integrity management within the oil and gas production industry
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes and technical integrity assurance
* Knowledge of business process development related to project integrity and process safety
* Solid understanding of KPIs for measuring technical and operational performance
* Knowledge of HSE practices and process safety principles
* Strong planning, scheduling, documentation, and analytical capabilities
