Role Context
The Associate Field Engineer applies established field engineering practices to routine assignments under the guidance of
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with engineering activities in accordance with project specifications and EPCI industry standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify alignment with approved designs.
* Identify deviations, technical concerns, and potential project risks during field inspections.
* Recommend timely corrective actions using established engineering procedures.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Prepare accurate site progress reports, technical evaluations, and quality-control assessments.
* Contribute to project execution plans covering engineering deliverables, construction schedules, and commissioning activities.
* Help resolve on-site technical challenges and support practical risk-mitigation measures.
* Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across project teams.
* Ensure work follows applicable regulations, engineering codes, standards, and quality-management systems.
* Provide technical clarification and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance execution efficiency.
* Support customer satisfaction through accurate communication and compliant project delivery.
* Maintain effective collaboration across engineering, construction, quality, and project-management functions.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the EPCI industry.
* Familiarity with engineering processes and project-execution practices.
* Understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and project specifications.
* Knowledge of applicable EPCI codes and industry standards.
* Able to analyze routine field problems and develop appropriate solutions.
* Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to work under guidance while developing broader field-engineering capabilities.
