Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer, Production Engineer, or in a comparable position.
* Practical understanding of product development, production, and fabrication processes.
* Able to apply conceptual engineering knowledge under professional guidance.
* Familiar with industry developments and changing market trends.
* Capable of translating product concepts into detailed and manufacturable designs.
* Relevant Product Engineer training or professional certification is advantageous.
