Working under the guidance and direction of experienced team members, the Associate Production Engineer will apply conceptual knowledge of production and fabrication theories, practices, and procedures while developing practical engineering experience.

* Develop design concepts based on customer interests, available budgets, and relevant market research.
* Meet with the development team to discuss and evaluate product ideas.
* Analyze relevant market developments and industry product trends.
* Prepare preliminary product designs using sketches and computer software.
* Conduct theoretical testing on design models.
* Develop complete product designs and specifications using computer-based modeling techniques.
* Select appropriate product materials based on design and production requirements.
* Develop the manufacturing process required for the product.
* Oversee assembly activities and verify that products conform to applicable market specifications and safety regulations.
* Apply established production procedures to address routine and standard engineering problems.
* Use knowledge of production and fabrication principles while working under appropriate technical guidance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Product Engineer or in a similar role.
* Advanced analytical and design skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of relevant industry and market trends.
* Relevant training and-or certifications as a Product Engineer.
Engineering Focus
The position combines production engineering with product design and manufacturing responsibilities. The Associate Production Engineer will work across initial concepts, design modeling, theoretical testing, material selection, manufacturing process development, and assembly oversight while building broader practical knowledge of production and fabrication activities.
