Role Context
The Associate QHSES Assurance Specialist supports the reliability and effectiveness of enterprise QHSES systems by maintaining data accuracy, improving user adoption, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. This role helps strengthen reporting, audits, and process consistency while supporting project teams with system implementation and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Support QHSES strategic initiatives and help drive consistent system usage across the organization
* Perform routine QHSES system reliability training for end users as a Super Administrator support resource
* Monitor system effectiveness and assist in resolving standard operational and compliance issues
* Support project teams with QHSES system implementation, reporting metrics, and compliance documentation
* Review application specifications to ensure alignment with operational and product requirements
* Gather feedback from users to improve procedures, workflows, and system functionality
* Process legacy data imports from previous management systems into current QHSES enterprise platforms
* Maintain project profiles and ensure records remain updated when key approvers or workflows change
* Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly QHSES KPI reports for Directors and leadership teams
* Prioritize user requests and operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
* Support internal and external audits according to audit schedules and compliance plans
* Update established procedures, assist in preparing new procedures, and upload approved documents into UNIFI on time
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or quality-related discipline preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC construction, fabrication, or industrial quality systems environments
* Current Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001
* Strong experience in QHSES system administration, system support, and enterprise compliance platforms
* Knowledge of system design, testing, integration, implementation, and process improvement
* Experience supporting IT with data imports and front-end and back-end record modifications
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with sound professional judgment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
