ADNOC Group is inviting UAE National graduates in Business, Arts, and Law disciplines to join its Fresh Graduate Program. This initiative aims to develop future leaders through structured training, real-world work experience, and professional development within one of the world’s leading energy companies.

Program Overview
The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program is designed to enhance graduates’ technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills. Participants will undergo structured training, on-the-job experience, and competency assessments with the potential opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion.
Key Objectives
* Provide graduates with the opportunity to gain real-world experience across ADNOC’s diverse business functions.
* Identify and develop top talent for future leadership roles within ADNOC Group.
* Support graduates in transitioning from academia to corporate roles.
* Offer exposure to ADNOC’s culture, operations, and global energy business practices.

Eligibility Criteria
* Must be a UAE National with a completed bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields.
* Medical fitness clearance as per job requirements.
* Completion of mandatory National Service (unless exempted by law).
* Clean background check and security clearance.
* Successful completion of ADNOC’s entry assessments, interviews, and evaluation process.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong academic record with excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn.
