Role Context
This role is responsible for executing and supervising civil maintenance operations across plant facilities. It plays a key role in ensuring infrastructure availability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe working environments through effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and supervise civil maintenance activities across plant facilities
* Process work orders and manage backlog to ensure timely job completion
* Coordinate resources and contractors for maintenance, shutdowns, and emergency work
* Monitor progress of maintenance tasks and ensure quality execution
* Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and support contract negotiations
* Conduct root cause analysis for maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
* Maintain accurate records including maintenance logs and fault reports
* Lead safety toolbox talks and ensure adherence to HSE procedures
* Supervise testing and commissioning of repaired or modified systems
* Inspect work areas to ensure safe conditions and proper use of tools and equipment
* Manage inventory of materials, tools, and spare parts for maintenance activities
* Prepare material requisitions and verify specifications of new materials

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
* Experience in civil maintenance within oil and gas or industrial environments
