Construction Engineer – ADNOC Offshore Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
ADNOC is seeking a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee and support all construction activities across offshore and onshore projects. This role ensures project execution aligns with ADNOC’s procedures, schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements, while maintaining seamless collaboration between contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical input and practical construction advice during all project phases.
* Monitor construction schedules and identify risks or delays early; recommend mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and manage construction hazards effectively.
* Maintain construction quality standards, including proper documentation for pre-commissioning and handover.
* Manage and update the construction issues and opportunities register.
* Liaise with contractors and internal site teams to resolve construction conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
* Oversee coordination for SIMOPS and interface management to avoid operational disruptions.
* Develop close collaboration between construction teams, HSE, QA/QC, and logistics for efficient execution.
* Prepare and submit progress and MIS reports for management review.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
* 8–9 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with strong expertise in offshore/onshore construction engineering.
* Proficiency in construction planning, scheduling, and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of international standards, HSE practices, and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
