Construction Engineer - ADNOC Offshore Projects
Role Summary
Join ADNOC in Abu Dhabi as a Construction Engineer, where you will play a key role in managing and advising on all construction activities for offshore and onshore projects. This position ensures that planning, scheduling, safety, and quality standards are achieved while optimizing opportunities and mitigating risks. Your expertise will support efficient execution and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and contractors.

What You’ll Do
* Provide practical construction input to integrate safety and quality in project execution plans.
* Monitor contractor compliance with hazard mitigation and risk assessments.
* Review and maintain achievable construction schedules, addressing delays and identifying opportunities.
* Ensure construction quality standards and documentation for successful commissioning and handover.
* Maintain a construction issues and opportunities register.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and manage SIMOPS.
* Liaise with contractors and internal teams for timely resolution of construction-related conflicts.
* Foster a collaborative work culture across HSE, QA/QC, logistics, and drilling teams.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* 8–9 years of construction engineering experience in the oil and gas industry (offshore and onshore).
* Strong understanding of construction planning, risk management, and quality processes.
* Excellent communication skills for working in diverse, multicultural environments.
* Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills for complex projects.
