1. JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Coordinator, OJT (Onshore)
Reports to: Head, On the Job Section J

Location: Onshore On-Site
JOB PURPOSE:
Support training programs and enhance trainee development while improving the technical academic curriculum to achieve performance and evaluation targets. Facilitate trainees\' integration into operations, monitor their progress to prevent delays, and ensure effective communication between operations and the ATA. Assist in preparing and implementing OJT programs for both ATA trainees and ADNOC employees. Address personnel matters in the field, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protecting personnel, the environment, and company assets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Conduct data processing to provide management and OJT instructors with necessary information.
- Ensure data accuracy from OJT instructors and present it in graphical and tabular formats for analysis.
- Maintain digital filing systems for team-related documents, including formal corporate records.
- Prepare and administer documents for official meetings with well-structured charts and tables.
- Collaborate with 1/T to optimize the 1/T system.
ATA OJT Coordination:
- Coordinate with relevant ATA departments for rotational planning, travel arrangements, medical validations, safety training, and HSE inductions.
- Act as a liaison between ATA instructors and senior coordinators to prepare rotational reports and trainee objectives.
- Assist in uploading end-of-rotation data into ATA recording systems, including EAR, PPR, and Competency Matrix completion.
- Contribute to curriculum content.
OJT Coordination:
- Facilitate ADNOC Group site personnel participation in trainees\' final assessments and specific projects during the last four months.
- Follow up on OJT with on-site training and line personnel.
- Support OJT center development.
Generic Accountabilities:

Plan, supervise, and coordinate activities to achieve functional objectives. Train staff to enhance their skills and proficiency.
Budgets:
Assist in preparing and implementing departmental budgets and work plans, highlighting significant variances for performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
Implement approved policies and procedures to support departmental work programs in accordance with company and international standards.
Performance Management:
Contribute to achieving departmental performance objectives aligned with the company framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement tools to enhance operational processes and identify improvements in line with industry standards.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability:
Adhere to HSE policies, regulations, and sustainability guidelines according to international standards and ADNOC practices.
Reports:
Provide input for preparing management information and progress reports for company management.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Collaborate with ATA instructors and assessors for ongoing evaluation.
External: Coordinate with site focal points and ADNOC Group training entities to develop OJT training procedures tailored to site specifics.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Operations and/or Engineering with relevant theoretical knowledge.
Minimum Experience & Skills:
6 years in a technical role (Operations and/or Maintenance).
Professional Certifications:
Internationally recognized Assessor qualification, valid H2S certificate, valid \'fit to work\' medical certificate, basic firefighting and first aid certificate.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

WORK CONDITION:
Moderate physical effort involving sitting, walking, standing, and computer operations. Exposure to workshops and operational environments with dirt, heat, noise, and grease for 50% of the working time.
