Position Summary
This role is pivotal in managing the development of ADNOC’s corporate strategy, implementing strategy management frameworks, and guiding the business through a Five-Year Strategic Planning process. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate reporting systems, with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the development of ADNOC’s long-term corporate strategy and business plans aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
* Drive the Five-Year Strategic Planning process and ensure reconciliation with previous plans for accuracy and alignment.
* Design and implement strategy management frameworks to monitor execution and ensure KPI achievement.
* Lead corporate target setting and KPI development to reflect strategic priorities.
* Provide senior management with strategic analysis, gap assessments, and recommendations for improvements.
* Oversee data integrity and timely reporting through the Corporate Performance Management System (CPMS).
* Prepare reports and presentations for shareholder and board meetings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Lead periodic corporate reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Guide business units in aligning operational initiatives with strategic objectives.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 12 years of experience in strategy management and corporate reporting within large organizations, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
* Proven ability to design and implement strategic frameworks and performance monitoring systems.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Expertise in handling corporate reporting platforms and data consolidation.
