Role Summary
ADNOC Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance activities on electrical equipment in the plant. The role ensures the availability, reliability, and integrity of equipment by supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and shutdown tasks in compliance with safety and operational standards.

What You’ll Do
* Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical equipment.
* Oversee troubleshooting and repair tasks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
* Monitor job progress, inspect completed tasks, and prepare reports for management.
* Provide technical support, prepare scopes of work, and participate in negotiations for repairs and services.
* Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective measures.
* Maintain up-to-date records, including maintenance logs, fault reports, and equipment history.
* Authorize electrical isolation certificates and work permits to ensure safe operations.
* Lead safety toolbox talks and enforce compliance with HSE procedures during tasks.
* Supervise testing, commissioning, and modifications of electrical systems or equipment.
* Coordinate planning and execution of major shutdowns and overhauls.
* Monitor material availability, inspect spares, and prepare requisitions to meet maintenance needs.
Ideal Profile
* Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the oil and gas industry.
* Strong technical knowledge in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
* Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and conducting root cause analysis.
* Proficient in safety procedures, work permits, and electrical isolation practices.
* Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
