The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program is designed to provide UAE National graduates with structured training, development opportunities, and hands-on experience across ADNOC’s diverse operations. This initiative aims to prepare future leaders by equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in engineering, science, and energy-related careers.

* Government clearance including a certificate of good conduct
