Role Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead feasibility and conceptual design efforts for a high-profile PMC project in Abu Dhabi. If you\'ve spent your career driving technical excellence across large-scale oil and gas projects—especially within ADNOC and onshore environments—this is your opportunity to shape project direction from the earliest phases. What You’ll Do
* Oversee engineering design execution across feasibility, conceptual, and pre-FEED stages
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering integrated design for onshore gas processing plants
* Coordinate closely with ADNOC stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope and technical specs
* Review, validate, and approve engineering deliverables and technical studies
* Ensure compliance with PMC best practices, ADNOC standards, and sustainability goals
* Support planning, budgeting, and risk management from early concept to detailed execution plans
* Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality throughout the engineering cycle
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on engineering
* Proven background in PMC environments with ADNOC project experience
* Hands-on involvement in feasibility studies, conceptual design, and pre-FEED phases
* At least 5 years of recent experience working on onshore gas processing facilities
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; higher qualifications are an advantage
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and integrated design delivery
* Ability to lead large technical teams and mentor junior engineers
