Financial Data Analyst - ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary

This role focuses on managing Oracle Financials and ensuring smooth integration with ancillary systems like Maximo and HRMS. It involves supervising monthly closings, maintaining the General Ledger, and generating timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do
* Administer Oracle Financials, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Chart of Accounts
* Manage and verify data interfaces between Oracle and ancillary systems such as HRMS and Maximo
* Supervise month-end closings, ensuring accurate uploads and reconciliations
* Prepare financial and cost reports, including monthly trial balances and quarterly billing statements
* Develop and maintain reporting structures for 5-Year Business Plans and Budget templates
* Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets
* Review and reconcile payroll, accounts payable, and inventory interfaces with General Ledger
* Prepare draft quarterly and annual financial statements aligned with IFRS
* Design and implement tools for process automation and reporting enhancements
* Support training for finance teams and young UAE Nationals on financial systems
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CPA certification preferred
* 8-9 years of finance experience, ideally in the oil and gas sector
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and IFRS standards
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
