Role Context
This role plays a key part in strengthening financial governance by supporting budgeting cycles, business plan development, and performance tracking across the organization. It directly impacts financial strategy, cost control, and long-term planning within ADNOC Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Support development of financial planning guidelines and budgeting frameworks
* Assist in reviewing financial policies and recommend process improvements
* Coordinate with group companies to collect and validate business plan data
* Analyze financial submissions and prepare consolidated reports for management
* Develop financial models and planning scenarios to support strategic decisions
* Contribute to preparation of long-term business plans and forecasts
* Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and planning committees
* Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis across key metrics
* Support preparation of budgeting documents and planning booklets
* Assist in quarterly and annual financial review processes
* Participate in ERP and financial system enhancements and optimizations
* Coordinate recharge processes and align cost allocations across group entities
* Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost analysis
* Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and reporting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning tools
* Good communication skills in English and Arabic
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment
