Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate hydraulic fracturing operations at well sites to ensure safe and efficient execution
* Lead and manage field operators and technicians involved in frac equipment operation and maintenance
* Oversee setup, calibration, commissioning, and readiness of fracturing equipment before operations
* Monitor pump rates, pressures, and fluid volumes during operations and make real-time adjustments
* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failure
* Enforce ADNOC Drilling health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
* Ensure safe handling of equipment, materials, and fluids in compliance with safety protocols
* Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and fluids teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
* Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment performance, maintenance, and incidents
* Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
* Train, mentor, and coach field personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices
* Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client asset integrity management codes
Ideal Profile
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in fracturing operations and equipment maintenance
* At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in field operations
* Strong people management and team leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational priorities
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficiency in office computer applications and reporting tools
* Fluent in spoken and written English
