Fresh Graduate Program – ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
ADNOC is inviting UAE National graduates from all majors to join its Fresh Graduate Program (AGFGP). This initiative provides hands-on training, professional development, and the opportunity to transition into permanent roles within ADNOC Group.

Job Type: Full Time – Graduate Program
Program Objectives
* Provide real-world experience and skill development opportunities for UAE National graduates.
* Build a talent pipeline for future ADNOC Group roles through competency-based assessments.
* Facilitate the transition from trainee to employee with exposure to ADNOC’s culture and operations.
* Offer comprehensive training and on-the-job experience, even for candidates not joining permanently.
Eligibility Criteria
* UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in any major not listed in previous program announcements.
* Medically fit for the role.
* Successful completion of National Service (or exemption under UAE law).
* Must pass ADNOC entry assessments, interviews, and obtain required government clearances including certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global organization.
* Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
