Position Overview
ADNOC is offering opportunities for UAE National graduates from a wide range of academic fields to join its Fresh Graduate Program in Abu Dhabi. This initiative equips participants with professional training, practical experience, and career development, preparing them for potential long-term roles within ADNOC.

Core Duties
* Participate in ADNOC’s structured Fresh Graduate Program across multiple business and technical functions.
* Develop professional skills through on-the-job training, mentoring, and competency assessments.
* Engage in real-world assignments to contribute to ADNOC’s operations and future energy strategies.
* Transition from Trainee to Employee upon successful completion of performance reviews and program milestones.
* Gain valuable exposure to ADNOC’s organizational culture and corporate environment.
Ideal Profile
* UAE National graduate with a degree in any discipline not previously listed under specific programs.
* Medically fit and cleared for ADNOC’s work environment.
* Certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
* Completed National Service (unless exempt by UAE law).
* Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
