Role Summary
ADNOC Distribution is hiring an experienced HSE Manager to oversee fire prevention, occupational health, and environmental protection systems across Aviation and related operational facilities. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, JIG requirements, and international regulations. The candidate will lead HSE risk management, emergency response, audits, training programs, and implementation of Corporate HSE Management Systems to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities
HSE Risk Management

* Lead HSE Engineers, Inspectors, and Security teams to enforce safety policies and manage risks across Aviation and Operations facilities
* Develop and implement HSE procedures aligned with ADNOC corporate standards and regulatory requirements
* Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensure control barriers meet ADNOC and JIG compliance standards
* Represent HSE in technical safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, OHRA, BFSR, and Fire Risk Assessments

Inspections and Audits

* Conduct site inspections, welfare audits, and internal HSE audits; ensure timely resolution of non-conformances
* Lead accident investigations, prepare reports, and enforce corrective actions
* Oversee contractor HSE performance and pre-mobilization checks

Fire Safety and Emergency Response

* Manage maintenance programs for fire protection systems and firefighting equipment in compliance with NFPA 25 and ADNOC standards
* Develop and implement site-specific emergency response and crisis management plans; conduct annual drills and training sessions

Governance and Training

* Drive HSE culture across operations; develop awareness campaigns and competency-building programs for staff and contractors
* Prepare monthly HSE performance reports, KPI tracking, and governance dashboards for management review

Stakeholder Engagement

* Liaise with Civil Defence, armed forces, regulators, and mutual aid partners for emergency preparedness and compliance
* Review safety aspects of new projects, including P&ID, 3D models, and fire protection system designs

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Safety, Engineering, or related technical discipline
* Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Oil and Gas operations, including 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE Standards, JIG requirements, OSHA, NFPA, and UAE Fire Code
* Certifications: NEBOSH International Diploma or NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), additional certifications in Risk Management preferred
* Excellent English communication and strong report-writing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE software
