Role Context
This position plays a key role in maintaining plant safety and performance by delivering structured inspection programs, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting asset integrity across facilities. It contributes directly to minimizing downtime and preventing equipment failure.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare inspection plans and schedules based on RBI data and operational history
* Coordinate inspection requirements with maintenance teams to optimize execution
* Apply non-destructive testing methods to evaluate equipment condition
* Recommend corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability
* Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with codes and standards
* Monitor maintenance work orders and verify completion of inspection-related actions
* Conduct quality checks including material testing and coating inspections
* Support welding qualification processes and inspection documentation
* Coordinate with third-party inspection contractors for specialized tasks
* Communicate inspection findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders
* Track inspection results and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Ensure all inspection activities meet safety and quality standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inspection and integrity issues

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering discipline
* 5 to 8 years of experience in inspection, corrosion, or asset integrity roles
* Experience in oil and gas or industrial plant environments
* Knowledge of NDT techniques and inspection planning
* Familiarity with international standards such as API and ASME
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple inspection activities and deadlines
