Insurance Supervisor – ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
ADNOC is seeking an experienced Insurance Supervisor to oversee implementation of insurance policies, coordinate with ADNOC Corporate Insurance Division, and ensure effective risk management. The role involves supervising claims, validating insurance documentation, managing premium budgets, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and validate insurance documentation, policies, and claims.
* Ensure adequacy of insurance clauses in contracting instruments and assess contractors’ insurance compliance.
* Manage premium calculations, asset valuation alignment, and annual insurance budget preparation.
* Support claims submission, negotiations, and settlements with insurance providers.
* Review risk evaluation reports, monitor implementation of recommendations, and support technical/commercial evaluation of tenders.
* Coordinate with internal departments for data gathering and policy compliance.
* Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to enhance insurance knowledge within the company.
* Ensure adherence to ADNOC’s Asset Integrity Management codes of practice, HSE standards, and sustainability guidelines.
* Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and claims management, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sector within UAE.
* Strong knowledge of insurance risk management and policy evaluation.
* Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
