Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Interface Manager to lead cross-disciplinary coordination for complex offshore EPC projects, including FPSO, FPU, MOPU, and large-scale renewable energy programs. Based in Dubai, this full-time role requires strong interface planning, engineering coordination, and stakeholder alignment expertise across global projects, including European offshore substations and megaprojects exceeding 30,000 MT.

What You’ll Do
* Lead all external and internal interface management activities across the project lifecycle
* Prepare interface matrices and maintain up-to-date interface registers for all disciplines and stakeholders
* Develop interface management plans and procedures to track deliverables and resolve conflicts
* Facilitate interface meetings, workshops, and status reviews to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
* Monitor interface dependencies and escalate schedule or scope risks to project leadership
* Review design documents and specifications to validate compliance with interface requirements
* Integrate interface activities with project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking tools
* Coordinate with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure consistency across project phases
* Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate visible safety leadership
* Lead or support engineering audits, interface risk assessments, and lessons learned initiatives
* Travel locally or internationally as required by project demands
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 15 years of relevant EPC or design office experience on offshore platforms, FPSO, FPU, MOPU
* Proven experience delivering FEED, FEED verification, and detail engineering for offshore structural works
* Demonstrated expertise in loadout, transportation and installation (T&I), and offshore hookup operations
* Successfully delivered at least one offshore megaproject exceeding 30,000 MT in design phase
* In-depth understanding of offshore renewables, including 2GW European substation projects
* Familiarity with international engineering standards and occupational safety codes
* Strong skills in project coordination, multi-stakeholder communication, and problem solving
* Ability to manage concurrent technical deliverables and meet strict deadlines
* Willingness to travel based on project location and phase
