Role Context
The Internal Communications Manager plays a key role in strengthening employee engagement and promoting a performance-driven organizational culture through clear and effective communication. The position supports leadership messaging, internal campaigns, strategic initiatives, and employee awareness programs that improve collaboration, trust, and business alignment across the ADNOC Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators
* Deliver clear, consistent, and engaging internal messaging that supports employee understanding of company strategy, brand, and organizational updates
* Design and manage internal communication programs that influence employee behavior and encourage two-way communication
* Analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods and improve communication performance based on insights
* Support day-to-day management of internal communication channels including newsletters, intranet, announcements, campaigns, and strategic messaging
* Ensure internal communications remain timely, transparent, and aligned across multiple business units and functions
* Contribute to intranet structure development, content creation, and user experience improvements based on usage trends and employee feedback
* Support the implementation of communication plans for organizational change initiatives and major internal campaigns
* Build strong working relationships with business leaders and department heads to provide trusted communication advisory support
* Coordinate with internal communications practitioners across the group to maintain integrated and consistent messaging
* Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the internal communications function
* Prepare reports, recommendations, and action plans based on employee engagement and communication metrics
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or internal communications
* Experience in large-scale organizations with complex and multi-sector business operations preferred
* Strong understanding of the strategic role of internal communications in driving positive transformation and business performance
* Excellent knowledge of employee engagement tools, internal campaigns, and communication planning
* Strong analytical skills in measuring employee engagement and identifying root causes for communication gaps
* Experience in change communication and organizational transformation initiatives
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management ability
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple business functions
