Investor Relations Manager – Equity and Debt Instruments – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview
ADNOC is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to support internal analytics of listed instruments, including equities and bonds, and to maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures the highest equity and debt investor relations standards, contributing to value creation, liquidity enhancement, and ADNOC’s participation in global capital markets.

Core Duties

* Conduct peer and market reviews, providing timely internal alerts and analytical reports on ADNOC listed instruments.
* Monitor equity and fixed income markets, building communication channels with brokers, analysts, and investors.
* Prepare and update investor materials for internal and external meetings in compliance with laws and regulations.
* Record and analyze investor feedback to support targeting and marketing initiatives.
* Evaluate ADNOC Group equity stories, recommend ways to maximize shareholder value, and enhance liquidity across listed subsidiaries.
* Contribute to the development of ADNOC’s “Center of IR Excellence” by implementing best practices and digital solutions.
* Participate in equity and debt capital market projects, including IPO processes and debt reporting.
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and IR standards.
* Support sustainability initiatives by communicating related performance and ensuring alignment with investor expectations.
* Liaise with corporate communications on investor engagement events, messaging, and media presence.
* Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics for the IR function across ADNOC Group.
* Provide training and awareness programs on IR, capital markets, and ADNOC stocks for internal employees.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 10 years’ experience in investor relations, finance, portfolio management, or consultancy within investment banking, private equity, rating agencies, or multinational corporations.
* Strong knowledge of equity and debt capital markets; petrochemical or oil and gas industry experience is advantageous.
* Professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, CA, or CIRO preferred.
* Proven ability to manage investor communications, market analysis, and capital market projects.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
