Candidate will perform the following tasks:
*Prepare and process daily driver's expenses, petrol expense.
*Prepare and process purchase requests for distribution and responsible
as well to receive and complete purchase orders request.
*Collects delivery note from dispatch center for compilation and
submission to Finance.
*Prepare and process export documents and knowledge of customs clearance.
*Prepare overtime, commission and monthly distribution report.
*Maintains hard and soft copies of invoices, purchase orders and
quotations
*Maintains the proper disbursement of petty cash and accounting for it.
*Prepares a balance sheet to track and record petty cash expenses.
*Responsible for sending the invoices received from suppliers to Finance for payment processing.
*Coordinate with drivers for movement.
