Project Manager – ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
ADNOC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects from inception through completion. This role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, within schedule, and on budget while complying with ADNOC’s HSE and quality standards.

Position Overview
The Project Manager will manage engineering projects, oversee Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and lead teams in planning, execution, and commissioning stages. This role ensures compliance with ADNOC’s codes, shareholder guidelines, and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee development and execution of engineering projects from Select through Execute phases.
* Manage coordination between project teams, PMCs, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
* Lead risk management initiatives, implement value engineering, and facilitate resolution of technical issues.
* Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE and quality management standards.
* Direct development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Supervise pre-qualification of contractors, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
* Drive performance monitoring and reporting for schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
* Facilitate lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; PMP or similar certification preferred.
* Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas engineering project execution, with at least 3 years in senior project management.
* Strong experience in FEED, EPC phases, and multi-disciplinary engineering functions.
* Proven ability in managing large-scale projects with complex stakeholder environments.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and project management tools.
