Role Context

The QHSES Assurance Specialist applies established quality methods and business knowledge to resolve routine assurance


matters with moderate guidance. The position works with process owners, functional leaders, and project teams to strengthen compliance, standardize procedures, improve operational performance, and maintain reliable management-system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct monthly audits according to the approved plan and issue timely reports.
* Update existing procedures and assist with developing new procedures.
* Prepare and review controlled procedures and work instructions.
* Develop statistical tools for monitoring KPIs, quality indicators, and other measurements.
* Maintain and publish agreed performance indicators and cost-of-quality data.
* Produce monthly and quarterly management reports for fabrication-yard functions and projects.
* Review audit findings with internal stakeholders.
* Support effective root-cause analysis of process problems and performance deficiencies.
* Facilitate multidisciplinary teams responsible for implementing process improvements.
* Troubleshoot quality concerns using analytical methods and structured problem-solving techniques.
* Apply Lean tools, coaching, communication, and corrective-action methods.
* Define best practices and promote process discipline and standardization.
* Coach process owners in trend analysis and data-driven decision-making.
* Analyze processes, verify compliance with quality standards, and recommend improvements.
* Conduct 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day verification audits.
* Confirm that improvements and corrective actions remain effective before final closure.
* Work with functional leaders to monitor and validate new or adjusted process outputs.
* Support management-system reviews and revise policies and procedures.
* Present management-system results to site and business leaders.
* Represent the Quality department on assigned special projects.
* Review management-system documents within required governance cycles.
* Expedite documents through review and approval workflows.
* Publish controlled documents following final authorization.
* Coordinate the repository for documents submitted by functional users.
* Maintain document-system attributes needed for accurate reporting.
* Process voided, superseded, and deleted documents within the electronic document management system.
* Train new team members in the electronic document management system.
* Assign user access rights after successful completion of training.
* Support the design and enforcement of standardized company document templates.
* Advise functional teams on document creation and organization.
* Publish biweekly and monthly management-system updates on the company intranet.
* Format integration documents, coordinate approvals, and incorporate them into applicable management systems.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or another relevant field is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of related experience in EPC construction or fabrication.
* Internal Auditor training covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or another recognized management system.
* Broad experience with management systems and supporting software.
* Strong knowledge of Lean and continuous-improvement principles.
* Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
* Able to interpret complex data, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Capable of designing practical workflows and procedures.
* Able to convert technical concepts into clear written and visual training material.
* Experienced in using stakeholder feedback to improve processes and solutions.
* Comfortable working in situations where limited standardization exists.
* Able to contribute as a team member and lead teams when required.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to measurable performance.
* Excellent written, spoken, and presentation communication skills.
