Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Performance function to ensure effective implementation of assurance frameworks and performance systems.
* Develop and implement quality assurance methodologies, governance standards, tools, and frameworks across the organization.
* Establish and maintain systems that monitor quality, assurance performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Provide timely insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior management.
* Drive excellence strategies and quality improvement programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to standardize governance, audit quality, and operational practices.
* Lead quality assurance reviews, maturity assessments, and performance evaluations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Establish data-driven dashboards, performance monitoring tools, reports, and management information for decision-making.
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement through advanced technologies, modern methodologies, and better assurance practices.
* Develop competency development programs for audit and assurance professionals to support continuous learning and career growth.
* Manage succession planning for leadership roles and critical positions within the quality assurance domain.
* Monitor functional performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and organizational outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with local and international standards, regulations, governance requirements, and best practices.
* Coordinate with ADNOC Chief Audit and Assurance Officer, senior leadership, group companies, audit committees, and assurance teams.
* Work with external auditors, assurance providers, internal audit service providers, certification bodies, regulators, consultants, and industry peers.
* Support budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, variance investigation, MIS reporting, and progress reporting.
* Implement approved policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in line with company and international requirements.
* Ensure HSE, sustainability, ADNOC Code of Practices, and performance management requirements are followed.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, audit and assurance, performance management, governance, compliance, or organizational excellence.
* Strong knowledge of audit and assurance standards, quality assurance methodologies, maturity assessment models, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring.
* Experience developing quality assurance frameworks, dashboards, reporting tools, policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
* Ability to work with senior audit and assurance leaders, group companies, audit committees, external auditors, service providers, regulators, and consultants.
* Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory expectations, operational excellence, risk-based assurance, and internal control environments.
* Proven ability to lead teams, develop competency programs, support succession planning, and improve professional capability.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvement actions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and report writing skills.
* Professional certification in quality, audit, assurance, risk, finance, or governance will be preferred where applicable.
