Role Context
The position serves as
a central coordination point for source inspection and quality-related activities. The successful candidates will give operational teams access to current codes, standards, technical publications, inspection resources, and measuring instruments while helping facilities and vessels maintain consistent quality documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate source inspection activities across relevant operations.
* Serve as the focal point for craft supervisors seeking current standards, codes, technical publications, inspection tools, and measuring instruments.
* Ensure inspection forms follow the approved standard format and are completed each month.
* Maintain quality records and applicable codes and standards.
* Coordinate between facilities or vessels and the administrative office regarding Corrective Action Register issues.
* Help establish processes for measuring non-conformances and their operational impact.
* Monitor issues such as production delays, unscheduled helicopter flights, and unnecessary vessel movements.
* Support preparation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM, and ISPS audits.
* Assist with corrective-action closure and related follow-up activities.
* Expedite facility issues connected with quality requirements.
* Support the measurement and reporting of facility and vessel key performance indicators.
* Maintain registers covering ladders, below-the-hook lifting devices, corrective actions, training, and material safety data sheets.
* Evaluate operational problems and select appropriate solutions from established procedures.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
* Relevant exposure to quality operations, source inspection coordination, offshore facilities, vessels, or industrial environments is preferred.
* Organized, disciplined, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
* Able to work independently within established operating and scientific procedures.
* Confident when communicating with operational management and craft supervisors.
* Comfortable coordinating multiple registers, inspection records, and corrective actions.
