The role also provides an opportunity to develop broader pastry expertise by participating in seasonal menu work, assisting junior team members, and gaining practical exposure to both classic and contemporary pastry techniques within an international hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Pastry Chef with the preparation of desserts, pastries, cakes, baked products, and other pastry items.
* Follow standardized recipes, portion requirements, and preparation instructions to maintain consistency across every service.
