The Senior Administrative Assistant provides essential operational support to managers, employees, and project teams by maintaining organized administrative processes and ensuring information, schedules, documentation, and office requirements are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, type, format, and proofread business documents, correspondence, forms, letters, reports, and internal communications.
* Carry out administrative assignments requiring sound knowledge of office procedures, organizational policies, and established business processes.
* Organize meetings, conferences, appointments, and business discussions while coordinating calendars and participant schedules.
* Arrange business travel, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related administrative requirements.
* Maintain the schedules and calendars of designated managers or team members.
* Establish and manage electronic and manual filing systems to ensure documents remain organized, current, and easy to retrieve.
* Maintain department and project office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
* Answer telephone calls, record and relay messages, resolve routine matters, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
* Process timesheets, vacation requests, supply requisitions, and other routine administrative documentation.
* Maintain accurate team holiday and leave records.
* Produce and distribute memos, letters, forms, reports, and other business correspondence.
* Review and respond to routine emails within the assigned level of responsibility.
* Maintain current employee, customer, vendor, and business contact information.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and package distribution.
* Support employees and managers with general administrative requests and office coordination.
* Scan, copy, bind, print, and organize documents required for departmental or project activities.
* Assist with special projects requiring document preparation, scheduling, records management, or administrative follow-up.
* Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
* Support other administrative team members during periods of high workload or absence.
* Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor or management team.
Ideal Profile
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification.
* 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
* At least 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience within a corporate environment.
* Strong knowledge of business procedures, professional correspondence, letters, reports, and document formats.
* Able to understand written instructions and prepare clear correspondence, memos, and administrative documentation.
* Professional communication skills with the confidence to interact with employees, senior management, customers, and external business contacts.
* Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to manage several assignments simultaneously without losing control of deadlines or documentation.
