Support projects by reviewing vendor documents, engineering deliverables, equipment data and technical specifications.

Participate in technical clarification meetings with contractors, OEMs, licensors and equipment suppliers.

Provide technical authority input on complex rotating equipment issues and risk-based engineering decisions.

Support Operations and Maintenance teams in troubleshooting chronic machinery problems and recurring failures.

Investigate abnormal vibration, performance deterioration, mechanical faults and reliability concerns affecting critical rotating assets.

Develop practical recommendations for restoring equipment performance and preventing repeat failures.

Participate in major maintenance activities, shutdowns, overhauls and inspections involving critical rotating equipment.

Support development and optimization of five-year overhaul and inspection plans for major machinery.

Review maintenance frequencies, inspection intervals and overhaul requirements based on equipment condition, operating history and risk.

Contribute to rotating equipment maintenance strategies aimed at improving reliability and controlling lifecycle costs.

Provide technical input to CAPEX planning associated with machinery replacement, refurbishment, upgrading and major overhauls.

Assess rotating equipment expenditures from both technical and lifecycle cost perspectives.

Support development of engineering standards, specifications and procedures for rotating equipment.

Review and update technical requirements to reflect operating experience, OEM recommendations and recognized international practices.
