* Collaborate with geomechanics, reservoir and drilling specialists on pore-pressure and fracture-gradient assessments.
* Evaluate wellbore stability and recommend suitable geological input for well design.
* Monitor and interpret drilling information in real time to support operational decisions.
* Review drilling reports for potential geological hazards and formation-top selection.
* Maintain continuous communication with subsurface, drilling and operating-company teams.
* Supervise sample examination, cuttings collection, petrophysical evaluation and geochemical data acquisition.
* Compare planned and actual well trajectories against reservoir structure and target objectives.
* Perform stratigraphic correlation, marker selection and quick-look hydrocarbon-zone interpretation.
* Recommend casing, coring, logging, landing and final total-depth points.
* Coordinate around-the-clock geosteering support for highly deviated and horizontal wells.
* Keep the wellbore within the selected geological target and maximize reservoir contact.
* Prepare correlation panels and geological cross-sections requested by the project team.
* Coordinate and quality-check geological data captured during drilling.
* Maintain daily and weekly geological operations reports for active wells.
* Integrate logs, gas data and other subsurface evidence when selecting perforation, testing and stimulation intervals.
* Develop coring strategies and recommend appropriate core points.
* Coordinate safe core acquisition, handling, transport and delivery to the core store.
* Finalize markers and survey information with geology and petrophysics specialists.
* Upload validated geological files to approved corporate folders and databases.
* Prepare Geological End of Well Reports and Post Drilling Summary Reports.
* Support well-location selection, pad-drilling plans and trajectory reviews.
