Role Context

The Senior QHSES Assurance Specialist is responsible for managing all QA activities on projects including audits, KPI monitoring, procedure preparation, document quality, and management system improvement. This role supports stronger operational control, compliance assurance, benchmarking, and continuous improvement while ensuring projects meet international quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of new management systems and quality assurance frameworks
* Partner with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts to drive major Quality Systems initiatives across departments
* Work with Quality Directors to resolve complex quality issues that impact multiple functions and operations
* Maintain QC system attributes to ensure accurate reporting and document traceability
* Assist in removing legacy practices and transitioning to standardized management systems
* Administer onboarding and quality process training for new team members
* Support the design, implementation, and enforcement of company document templates and governance standards
* Advise functional teams on best practices for document creation and organization within management systems
* Report project quality status and execution progress as required by management and project plans
* Plan, write, review, and edit engineering procedures, company procedures, and technical documentation
* Perform document quality checks focusing on structure, grammar, consistency, and technical clarity
* Prepare and review procedures and work instructions aligned with company and project standards
* Provide project bid support related to quality assurance requirements when requested
* Conduct internal and external audits monthly according to approved plans and ensure timely reporting
* Monitor KPI, quality indicators, and performance quality trends while supporting benchmarking and lessons learned
* Analyze performance data to support target setting, planning, and corrective action follow-up
* Lead root cause analysis for quality-related issues and implement improvement plans

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline
* Minimum 8 years of experience in EPC construction, fabrication, or industrial quality assurance environments
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110, or similar recognized Quality Management Systems
* Internal Auditor training and experience in audit execution and compliance reporting preferred
* Strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles and practical implementation
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills for reporting, presentations, and technical documentation
