well surveillance, simulation studies and recovery-enhancement planning with surface-facility capacity, fluid behavior and field infrastructure. The engineer will influence full-field development packages while supervising technical activities and maintaining reliable reservoir data.

Key Responsibilities
The role converts reservoir evidence into development decisions that improve recovery, production sustainability and cost performance.

* Design reservoir monitoring and surveillance programs aligned with approved reservoir objectives.
* Direct and participate in well surveillance, reservoir definition and performance-prediction activities.
* Interpret reservoir tests and evaluate changes in pressure, production capacity and fluid behavior.
* Define scopes and technical specifications for specialized field-testing contracts.
* Evaluate technical bids and recommend contract awards when external testing services are required.
* Assess emerging reservoir technologies and identify suitable applications for pilot studies.
* Recommend pilot locations and program features for enhanced oil or condensate recovery methods.
* Develop production-sustainability strategies that improve operational efficiency and control costs.
* Define reservoir engineering requirements for production capacity testing, special core analysis and logging activities.
* Confirm that reservoir studies and testing programs follow company guidelines and accepted technical practices.
* Maintain reservoir engineering records and ensure timely receipt of essential subsurface data.
* Quality-check and update production, pressure, PVT, core-analysis and capacity-test information.
* Manage reservoir information within approved technical files and databases.
* Evaluate the interaction between reservoir plans and surface production facilities.
* Coordinate studies required to complete integrated Field Development packages.
* Identify incompatibilities between current infrastructure and planned future developments.
* Verify that development plans support approved production profiles, fluid compositions and gas-lift requirements.
* Assess opportunities for fluid-stream blending, segregation and field gas separation.
* Coordinate reservoir requirements with treatment-facility and production-system packages.
* Compile and validate information covering flowlines, degassing stations, water injection, lift-gas networks and manifolds.
* Define technical battery limits and interfaces affecting field-development activities.
* Align reservoir plans with stakeholders involved in oil and gas production.
* Resolve interface issues and pursue optimization opportunities across development packages.
* Support development schedules, assigned responsibilities and associated cost estimates.
* Plan and supervise work within the assigned technical area.
* Develop assigned personnel through technical guidance and practical training.
* Contribute to departmental budgets, work plans and performance objectives.
* Introduce improved tools and methods for reservoir evaluation and data management.
* Follow all applicable HSE procedures and exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions arise.
