Ideal Profile
* Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related area.
* Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
* Practical understanding of onboarding, recruitment, training, and employee development.
* Able to use workforce and business data to identify problems and recommend solutions.
* Strong presentation, facilitation, and training capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable coordinating with employees, managers, and teams across different functions.
* Able to work effectively with moderate guidance and established procedures.
* Strong professional integrity, judgment, and discretion.
