Key Responsibilities
* Support coordination of the Value Management Portfolio by consolidating initiative information, maintaining portfolio records, and preparing governance materials.
* Assist in reviewing business cases, financial assumptions, baselines, cost-benefit analyses, and supporting documents for completeness and consistency.
* Maintain benefits realization trackers and monitor identified, approved, and realized value across portfolio initiatives.
* Highlight variances, overdue actions, reporting exceptions, delivery gaps, and risks that may affect value realization.
* Support consistent application of portfolio governance processes, value tracking methods, templates, approval workflows, and validation protocols.
* Prepare periodic portfolio reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, management presentations, and executive review materials.
* Coordinate with Finance, Strategy, Group Companies, initiative owners, and business stakeholders to collect data and align assumptions.
* Track CAPEX and OPEX optimization initiatives and support timely escalation of reporting issues or delivery deviations.
* Improve portfolio tools, trackers, reporting formats, documentation standards, and data quality controls.
* Provide analytical support for value-based KPIs, productivity metrics, performance trends, and portfolio impact analysis.
* Support governance meetings, assurance activities, stakeholder engagement, action tracking, and ad hoc portfolio analysis.
* Provide input for budgets, work plans, MIS reports, progress updates, and management decision-making.
* Implement approved policies, systems, processes, and procedures in line with company and international standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying better tools, reporting methods, and process efficiencies.
* Comply with HSE, sustainability, governance, and ADNOC Code of Practices requirements.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio coordination, performance management, corporate finance, business planning, value management, consulting, or business transformation.
* Experience reviewing business cases, validating financial assumptions, tracking benefits realization, and preparing governance review materials.
* Strong background in preparing reports, dashboards, KPI packs, portfolio analysis, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
* Experience working with Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Transformation, and initiative owners in a complex organization.
* Background in energy, industrial, infrastructure, asset-intensive, or matrixed corporate environments will be an advantage.
* Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to assess value drivers, performance metrics, risks, and variances.
* Good understanding of portfolio governance, benefits realization, KPI development, performance tracking, and management reporting.
* Professional certification or postgraduate qualification such as MBA, CFA, CMA, ACCA, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
* High attention to detail with strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
