Zahr Freighters is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the overall success of our warehouse operations by assisting with various tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
Inspect incoming inventory for damaged or incorrect items.
Stock inventory in designated areas and ensure proper labeling and organization.
Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
