Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring the inquiries.
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
Arrange travel, visas and accommodation,
Screen the enquiries and requests, and handling them if appropriate
Organize and maintain the diaries and making appointments
Deal with incoming email, phones, often correspond on behalf of the manager
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organize and attend meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Handling and responding/processing incoming calls and correspondence, drafting letters, e-mails and standard reports and presentations many of which will be based on standard templates.
Certificate or Diploma in HR or Business Administration. (Or any other related field)
3 years of related job experiences
Well-developed communication, developing and continuous learning, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize the task, give attention to details, organized,
Interesting to work in goal oriented, dynamic and demanding business environment.
Computer literacy adapted to the field of HR
Russian nationality preferred.
MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
