- Manage LAN/WAN/Internet by administrating the network and performing troubleshooting when required. Furthermore, initiate problem-solving efforts by contacting support personnel within the company or external vendors/ISPs (Internet service providers).
- Provide IT inputs to various factory/office projects in the local company and make sure the required IT infrastructure is in place as per business requirements.
- Assist and support end-users by troubleshooting IT systems and software, registering, and following up on caretaker tickets.
- Coordinate with IT vendors in the installation of systems, devices, and components and troubleshooting problems to enable the smooth running of everyday business operations.
- Oversee all incidents, events, and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated in the End-to-End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring.
- Be responsible for ensuring relevant maintenance contracts and licenses are maintained and conduct regular reviews to ensure we are compliant.
- Maintain existing application systems, workflows, and databases by following business requirements and guidelines and proposing the best solutions through efficient feasibility studies.
- Ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively by conducting training and this becomes a source of competitive advantage. Have a strong focus on current technological developments, contribute, and recommend solutions.
- Implement local/regional enhancement projects in line with global and regional strategies through the development/integration of new solutions and business partners.
Requirements:
- Must possess 2-3 years of strong experience in the field of Information Technology.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- ITIL Foundation - preferred but not a must.
- Fluency in English.
- MS Office Tool Superuser or proficient level is preferred.
- Certification in CISCO / Microsoft Power Apps or equivalent is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Good experience with infrastructure, switchers, routers, Power BI reports, and creating apps.
- Should be able to work independently (training will be provided).
- Should be able to move around Production and lab departments with coveralls and safety shoes when needed.
- Should have experience on-site/on-field interacting with end-users.
- A mix of experience handling infrastructure (networking, cabling, Cisco switches) and also Windows and application support.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing any new technologies.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
