Provide operation support for IT applications
Report, respond and resolve issues, customer requests and problems.
Ensuring the integration of all systems components, e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware.
Assuring software and systems quality and functionality.
Writing and maintaining documentation.
Monitoring systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, and recoverability.
ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
Maintaining systems configuration.
Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents whenever possible.
Maintaining problem tracking and resolution databases.
Applying customer support policies, procedures, and standards.
Identify and resolve issues and problems whenever possible.
Carry on all routine tasks that assure proper and healthy applications utilization
Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis.
Assure the right versions of modules/reports are used.
Report any miss-using for responsibilities or user access to applications.
Report any manual entries for data have relevant agreed applications/modules.
Perform primarily training to all employees as requested from IT management or user manager/s.
Report any issues in the infrastructure that serves the applications under his supervision.
Report periodic summary data processing for all users, modules, applications.
Help in building robust IT environment
Consulting with customers to identify and specify requirements.
Analysing and refining systems requirements.
Translating systems requirements into applications requirements.
Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of application software services.
Implementing security procedures and tools.
Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements.
Participate in new or modified IT Applications projects
Participate in planning of systems implementation
Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions
Working with customers to test applications
Applying systems administration standard operating procedures
The installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements
Meet with customers to collect information about business requirements;
Document customer business rules.
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot software components.
Participate in Implementing and help in business development
Evaluating new applications software technologies.
Researching, evaluating, and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support Requirements
Providing user/customer training
Update manuals, instructions, and operating procedures
Participate in the planning and delivery of a full range of customer support services to the organization
