What Were Looking For
A proven track record as a Credit Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Impeccable negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Remarkable understanding of Credit Risk Management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
Strong familiarity with and understanding of relevant Financial Software and Systems.
A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do! Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts exquisite Assessments and Analyses of the Creditworthiness of both individual and corporate clients, showcasing a FIVE-Star Approach to Credit Evaluation.
Develops and implements bespoke Credit Risk Policies and Procedures, reflecting a commitment to industry-leading Financial Strategies.
Monitors Credit Limits and Exposures with next-level Attention to Detail, minimising financial risk through a remarkable approach to Credit Management.
Evaluates Credit Applications and makes informed Decisions on Credit Approvals in line with FIVEs policies.
Collaborates seamlessly with various Departments to gather necessary information for Credit Assessments.
Communicates credit decisions to relevant Stakeholders in a timely manner, demonstrating a Commitment to Financial Transparency.
Implements effective Collection Strategies, utilising a boundary-breaking Approach to minimise Overdue Accounts.
Works closely with the Collections Team to recover outstanding debts, ensuring an industry-leading Debt Recovery Process.
Negotiates and sets up repayment plans with a customer-centric approach.
Fosters exquisite Relationships with clients to Enhance Communication and Resolve any credit-related issues with a FIVE-Styled attitude.
Provides excellent Customer Service to internal and external Stakeholders, embodying the Vibe at FIVE at all times.
Prepares Regular Reports on credit-related metrics for Management review, showcasing a Commitment to detailed Financial Insights.
Maintains accurate Documentation of Credit Files.
Stays abreast of relevant Laws and Regulations related to Credit Management, ensuring a first-in-class understanding of Legal and Regulatory Requirements.
Ensures FIVE-Star Compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
