To help answer the highest value analytical problem statements posed by different teams and departments across Etihad Airways to the Digital & eCommerce team.

Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager and working under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Senior Manager, he/she should leverage their advanced analytical skills and leverage the wider analytical toolkit, to analyse and visualize Etihad’s digital and enterprise data resources. Also, he/she should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work across a multi-disciplined environment.

He/she will be encouraged to develop their skills and techniques for the analysis of data and problem solving, to stay up-to-date with industry leading Digital Analytics capabilities.

Accountabilities
Analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem
Execute complex, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad’s wider analytical toolkit proactively looking for further insights and root cause
Summarize / visualize results and highlight likely insights for the business translator to develop
Maintain documentation repository of solutions, to include methodology
Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to approach in each analysis performed, make recommendations to wider team as to priorities for further development
Develop and maintain proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other advanced analytic and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources
Will be encouraged to develop one or more specializations in Etihad’s key analytical disciplines (see required skills) and become the ‘go-to’ person among peers in that field. Act as an expert and coach to wider analytics team
Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting and database management and/or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes. Experience within the aviation industry in the areas of Digital Analytics, Business Analytics would be preferred
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related field. Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques an advantage
Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
