About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Deluxe Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and driving business strategies to enhance our operations and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Business Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
Predictive Modeling & AI: Use statistical techniques and AI to develop predictive models and perform hypothesis testing.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, translating them into data-driven solutions.
Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and business recommendations.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
