Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurately filed, and easily accessible.
Use ACONEX software to manage and control project documents, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Train and support project team members in the use of ACONEX.
Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
Implement and maintain document control procedures and processes.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, regarding document control issues.
Maintain document control registers and logs.
Prepare regular reports on document status, highlighting any issues or discrepancies.
Ensure all documents are properly archived and stored according to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
Must be available to join immediately.
A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction sector.
Proven experience with ACONEX software is essential.
