Full Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
To conduct study-related duties as specified by the protocol

Ensuring adherence to study-specific standard operating procedures

Liaise with the study coordinator and principal investigator to ensure clinic services operate optimally

Phlebotomy and related tasks

HCT, Contraceptive and study medication adherence counseling

Review clinical data and complete the case report forms

Filing of results and any other study-related documents in the relevant assigned place

Ensure that study materials (printing of CRFs, etc.) are always available on site

Candidate Requirements/ Experience :
Matric

Qualified as an Enrolled Nurse

Drivers Licence

2 years of experience in a research field

Registered with the South African Nursing Council

Good Clinical Practice/Human Subject Protection certification advantageous

Ability to lead and work independently as well as be part of a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to adapt to changes in study requirements

Empathetic towards people living with HIV/AIDS

Ability to speak local languages

Computer literacy

Willingness to learn
