Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for the safe storage and use of pyrotechnics and special effects is preferred
Strong computer and internet skills, including high proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with cloud-based data storage tools.
Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Have a strong Project Management Background.
JOB DUTIES:
Establish and maintain production schedules, and workflows on assigned projects and deliver updates on a regular basis.
Oversee project bidding and award, develop project specific SOWs, vendor agreements, and procurement related tasks.
Function at a high level to protect the Grucci brand for quality, safety and uniqueness.
Motivate a diverse group of individuals working in an outdoor environment under many conditions.
Prepare diagrams, instructions, set-up requirements and supporting documentation for each event and distribute to appropriate staff; communicate changes before and during events.
Ensure lead technician on-site arrival time has been confirmed and communicated with all relevant parties.
Ensure that all necessary internal and external resources are procured to ensure production of successful events.
Communicate all required information to and between clients and all internal and external resources.
Maintain budget expectations as delivered by the client.
Ensure that all applicable personnel involved in display crews have an open and consistent communication path to ensure all details are accounted for.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the office and warehouse areas.
Able to spend to move about work sites for displays and site inspections.
Able to move up to 50 lbs occasionally, and up to 25 lbs frequently.
