Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documents.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee information in the HR database.
Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs.
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and announcements.
Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
